Hi, I’m ALISA
I am a military spouse, life coach and occupational therapist. I am a Thai American expat based in Japan, available to meet with you virtually or in-person in Okinawa. After years of working as an occupational therapist and a healthcare administrator, I’ve recognized the prevalence of burnout in broken systems. Mindfulness, meditation and coaching have been life-changing tools that allow me to not only manage, but prevent burnout. I hope to spread awareness through sharing resources and helpful content while offering personalized coaching to support your journey toward mindful growth and inner peace.
As a mindfulness and mental wellness coach, I am here help you understand how you’re uniquely designed to work, rest, and relate to others—so they can cultivate greater well-being, deeper connections, and a more sustainable way of living and leading.
